VOTH: A Story of Siblings Finding Their Passion Through Music

The Voth siblings have been playing music together their whole lives. Their brother Caleb Voth had been writing songs in his dorm room. Once he finally graduated from college, he showed his songs to his siblings and played it in front of them. After playing a couple of songs, the siblings knew what they had to do. Thus, VOTH, the band, was established, with Caleb as their main songwriter.

A few months passed, and the siblings got together in a recording studio and started making music. It was sheer harmony and bliss; they had a powerful connection that most bands don’t immediately have, theirs was nothing short of natural and effortless. As siblings, they knew exactly how to play around each other’s strengths allowing them to harmonize beautifully.

VOTH is composed of siblings, Caleb, Hannah, Cody, and Jacob Voth. Each of them plays an important role in creating the blissful harmony that their music is well-known for. Straight out of the little town of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the siblings are here to show the music industry what it’s been missing all along.

The band released a wave of singles in 2018, debuting with their single “I Choose Us.” The single managed to gain widespread popularity and even caught the interest of the esteemed Country Music authority, Wide Open Country. VOTH received a lot of praise and glowing reviews for their first single, and it’s only uphill from there.

In February this year, VOTH released their self-titled EP with six standout songs that showcase the band’s captivating songwriting and breathtaking harmonies. Caleb expresses that they’ve put a lot of effort into creating the songs over the years, and they just couldn’t wait for audiences all over the world to listen to what they’ve made.

Their self-titled EP filled with standouts such as “Seventeen,” “Right Direction,” and “Pyro” have garnered a lot of comparisons from Lady A to Little Big Town. With their unique brand of music, VOTH has managed to get a lot of support from fans. They’ve managed to get over 640,000 listens on Spotify with over 7,300 monthly listeners.

VOTH has also been included on official Spotify playlists such as “Breakout Country,” “New Music Nashville,” and “Fresh Sounds.” The band’s natural chemistry comes to light when every vocal harmony hits their listeners hard. Down to the tiniest of vocal inflections, the band’s vocals are synchronized and harmonious through and through.

What makes VOTH so special is the fact that they never compromise on their artistic vision. As natives of Tulsa, they make sure to only include elements that are born out of the Tulsan landscape. When creating their songs, they only collaborate with people from their small town, so they’ve worked with Tulsa artists, Tulsa producers, and Tulsa engineers. This decision has managed to give the band’s musical identity its own unique Tulsa flavor.

As VOTH continues on their musical journey, they express that they’ve never been closer than ever. Their passion for music has fueled a powerful bond that manages to inspire audiences as well. As they walk the fine line between Country and Americana, the band has managed to captivate fans of different genres or just fans of music in general.

The siblings aren’t showing any signs of stopping any time soon, and they’re extremely excited for what the future has in store for them and their fans. Their story is an important part of their music, and as they keep voicing out their truth, they hope to inspire people from all over the world.
